KINDERGARTEN GRADUATION IS TONIGHT!
Please join us tonight here at BCS tonight at 7 PM for Kindergarten graduation.
We are so proud of these little graduates!
We will be having Field Day on Wednesday, June 5th and Marathon Day on Thursday, June 6th!
Students should wear & bring:
T-shirt with their team color on Wednesday & Thursday. Shades of red and yellow are acceptable. No tank tops or sleeveless are allowed.
Shorts (at least fingertip length)
Any student who is not dressed appropriately will be required to call home and have appropriate clothing brought to school.
For elementary, if you have any questions about what color your student should wear, please contact their classroom teacher. For 6th-11th graders the students have been emailed their color.
You are invited to celebrate with us the graduating class of 2019 on Friday, June 7th at 7 PM here at BCS!
Important details on returning tech & supplies
Please make sure your 9th-12th grade student returns their Chromebook, charger, and case by the end of the school day on Thursday, June 6th. If these items aren’t promptly returned, the student will not be issued a report card and will be charged for a replacement device and case on Renweb.
If you forgot to buy a yearbook, no worries. The yearbook staff did a wonderful job on the yearbook. Yearbooks are for sale now. Contact Rebekah Klase if you would like to purchase one.
Wanna Make Sure You Receive a Report Card?
If any of the following are true of your student, the final report card will be withheld:
1. You have unpaid tuition
2. Your family has an unpaid Renweb bill
3. Any library or textbook are not returned
4. Your chromebook has not been returned (9th-11th)
4. Service hours not completed (9th-12th)
We are happy to provide After School Zone as a service to our BCS families. Just a reminder that you must call the school office or email email@example.com to let us know when your student is staying for after school zone. Even if you are just running late and will be a few minutes after 3 pm we still need confirmation that you are putting them into After School Zone until you arrive.
Don't forget about our referral discounts!
Do you have a friend who's still on the fence about their family's schooling decision for next year? Please invite him or her to contact the school office for an educational consultation.
The discount is based on the oldest child in the family.
If you refer a friend, neighbor, coworker, or anyone else you know, and they enroll, you will get a discount on your tuition, and so will the new family. Refer-a-Friend post cards will be sent home this week. Give one to someone you know!
SUMMER MUSIC LESSONS
Summer is a time of many opportunities. Children and youth have hundreds of opportunities to explore new activities as well as hours of extra time to enhance and perfect musical skills they have begun to acquire.
To sign-up for your child’s 2019 summer lessons, complete the registration form and return to the office by May 24 or email it as attachment to firstname.lastname@example.org by June 7. However, summer lesson sign-ups are accepted at any time in May, June or July. Since BCS students live in various school districts, summer lessons may be held either at BCS or your home.
