Order your tickets for our spring concert. All tickets cost $2. You can also purchase at the door.

Berks and West-Mont Spring Concert, Friday May 17 @ 7 PM

The concert this year is being held at St. Paul’s UCC Church in Douglassville:
1312 Old Swede Road, Douglassville, PA

Instructions for all Performers:
Middle School and High School Choirs: Report at 6:30 pm to the fellowship hall
Middle School and High School Bands: Report at 6:00 pm to the fellowship hall

Middle School / High School Gentlemen dress code (band and choir): Black dress pants, black dress shoes, black socks, long-sleeve white dress shirt, tie (solid color or small print)
Middle School / High School Ladies dress code (band and choir): Solid white dress blouse (no sweaters or anything low cut), solid black skirt (knee length or longer, full length is preferred), black dress shoes, neutral colored nylons

Please note: MS / HS Choir and Band are performance-based classes and performances should be considered akin to a final exam. For this reason, attendance at the concerts is mandatory. Unexcused absences will result in a significant drop in the grade. Any planned absences must be in writing and submitted to the BCS office before the concerts.


SERVE-A-THON was a huge success!

Serve a thon day was a big success! Each class, PK through 12th, and all of the staff, went out and served all over Berks County. God gave us a beautiful day for serving! Thank you to all of the volunteers that helped make this day a big success!!

Four 9th grade students, Saniya, Nicole, Deacon and Kiara are collecting food items for Hope Rescue Mission.

SUMMER MUSIC LESSONS

Summer is a time of many opportunities. Children and youth have hundreds of opportunities to explore new activities as well as hours of extra time to enhance and perfect musical skills they have begun to acquire.

To sign-up for your child’s 2019 summer lessons, complete the registration form and return to the office by May 24 or email it as attachment to lrappoldt@berkschristian.org by June 7. However, summer lesson sign-ups are accepted at any time in May, June or July. Since BCS students live in various school districts, summer lessons may be held either at BCS or your home.

Berks Christian School is looking for a Middle School Girls Volleyball Coach starting for the 2019 season. Coaching experience is preferred. Also, current PA child abuse, criminal background, and fingerprinting checks are required. Preseason practices begin on August 12th.
